Registration & Application Requirements:

1. Users are eligible for PGENE account registration granted that they own a Hash2 Account.

A. Information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.Users hereby accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Statemen. The Company will not bear any losses in relation to the User’s submission of incorrect or inaccurate information, at the time of registration.

B. During the User’s PGENE account registration and application process, should the submission of information and documents be incorrect, PGENE reserves all right(s) to reject the application.

C. The PGENE account should be utilized by the actual account owner. Any account suspensions, freezing and cancellations must be performed by the actual account owner. Any actions pertaining to the above, conducted by a person whom is not the actual account owner shall not be recognized nor will it be deemed permissible.

D. For security purposes, User are advised not to disclose any important account information such as login passwords and pin numbers to any third parties. PGENE shall not be responsible for any damages and losses resulting from such actions thereof.

E. Please ensure that all information entered during the account registration and application process is true and accurate. Thereafter, upon post-registration, Users will not be able to change or edit their personal data as the data entered shall be deemed binding.

F. Users must be at least 18 years of age, or be of legal age (depending on local country rules and regulations) in order to enter into a binding legal contract under applicable law.

Terms of Registration:

The User acknowledges and confirms that their registration on the official PGENE website is not in violation of any laws or regulations, nor is it for the purpose of causing discord in relation to the trading of digital assets via the PGENE platform.

Once the User has checked the Terms & Conditions checkbox (✔), the User hereby agrees to the Terms & Conditions pertaining to the usage of PGENE services via this website and platform.

In the event whereby Users do not meet the standard qualifications, rules and regulations (as mentioned above), the User shall bear the relevant consequences pertaining to this. In light of the above, the Company reserves all right(s) to hold Users accountable and suspend, freeze or cancel the User’s account on a permanent basis.

Account Security

In order to ensure the full confidence of Users on the processing of their personal information and data, Users are advised to refer to and understand the provisions as stated within the Privacy Policy of PGENE. In particular, once Users have logged in to their accounts via the PGENE website, Users hereby agree and confirm that:

A. The User voluntarily discloses their personal information and data to PGENE.

B. The User must comply with all Terms & Conditions as stated in this Privacy Policy.

C. The User agrees that PGENE will notify Users of any news pertaining to PGENE.

Privacy Policy Subject to Modifications:

PGENE reserves all right(s) to amend the Terms & Conditions of the PGENE website and platform at any given time, and appropriate announcements in relation to any changes shall be provided via the PGENE website. Any Terms & Conditions which have been revised shall be marked on the first page of these Terms & Conditions and shall also be posted on the PGENE website, thus taking immediate effect. Users are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions of PGENE from time-to-time, in keeping themselves updated with the latest policies. In the event whereby Users does not agree to the changes made to the Terms & Conditions of PGENE’s website and platform, Users may decide to immediately cease their usage of PGENE’s services. However, Users who continue to use agree and accept the changes in Terms & Conditions shall be deemed agreeable to these changes.
